Our bright, airy rooms get plenty of sunlight during the day. They boast floor to ceiling mirrors, which add to the comfortable, spacious feel of the building. We have all the requisite facilities, including two toilets and changing rooms alongside the fully equipped studio which contains 6 excellent reformer machines so you can easily host your own group or 1 to 1 sessions.
Along with our Pilate studio for hire, we also have a therapy room available for therapists, consultations and private treatments. Whether you provide massage, Reiki, aromatherapy or counselling, this is a great space to use as a calming environment for your clients.
Book our central London pilates studio
Each room is available on flexible hours. In the morning you can book between 9.45 and 11.45. There are mid-afternoon slots available from 14:00 to 16:45, and on Fridays you can book from 14:00. You can hire the therapy room for £25 per hour or get the morning block for £75 and the afternoon block for £95. Our Pilates studios are available at £30 per hour for a 1 to 1 session or £90 for a group session.
