Pilates Klinik are now offering online pilates sessions every day to new and existing clients.
Private 1:1 sessions can be booked online, contact Joy for details.
Prior to class it is helpful if you have the following items ready as they are used in the session:
1. Yoga Mat. If you don’t have one, you can use a couple of thick bath towels or even a thin mattress.
2. Small hand weights. If you don’t have these, something heavy like two bottles of water, shampoo bottles or even tinned beans will do.
3. A ball. A football will do, or a sponge ball if you have one. If not, a firm pillow or cushion will do.
4. A resistance band. If you don’t have one then an old pair of tights or leggings will do.
5. A foot stool. Or any other small stool will do.
