Lottie fell in love with Pilates whilst practicing daily at dance college (Central School of Ballet) where she trained for 3 years. It was her dedication to Pilates which allowed her to remain uninjured, fit and healthy for the whole 3 years training (quite unheard of in classical ballet). Lottie went on to do freelance dancing and modelling jobs for various brands/shows.

But she kept being drawn back to her Pilates classes and trained to become an instructor in 2012 with the respected Body Control Pilates in London. She has a passion for dynamic reformer Pilates and the new barre Pilates method and likes her clients to feel the ‘burn’. Lottie aims to help people on their journey to healthy happy lives and focuses on a balanced approach to life.
